Here are the steps to add Easiio web plugin for your web site.
- Signup Easiio Freemium version or the Pro version.
- Login Easiio and configure ITR and IVR. See the following steps.
- From Easiio console, find the ITR configuration and copy the small piece of code into your web page (see figure)，or click view link button.
- Once embedded, web site will see the chat tab on web page.
- Now, you can change the ITR depending on your specific need
